JFS-RESET recognizes the essential role of food security in supporting rural communities in Mozambique, especially in cotton-producing regions. In the communities supported by JFS-RESET, cotton is grown within diversified systems, where food crops are prioritized by farmers.
JFS-RESET's industrial transformation focuses on converting raw agricultural products into high-value-added, high-quality goods. With modern facilities and sustainable practices, it improves efficiency, supports local economies, and strengthens the agricultural value chain, ensuring better market access and improved living conditions for farmers.

Ainda André
After losing her parents as a child, Aida André grew up in orphanages in Niassa and had her life transformed by the support of a Portuguese family who financed her studies. A graduate in Public Administration, she joined SAN-JFS in 2017 as an IT assistant and today is a key figure in the Technical Production Department. Aida overcame technical and emotional challenges, contributing to the 2023/2024 cotton seed procurement campaign. Her story reflects the power of social inclusion and female empowerment.

Christine fugiu do Burundi em 2006 e encontrou refúgio em Moçambique, onde começou uma nova vida. Em 2015 juntou-se à SAN-JFS como assistente administrativa e, com apoio dos programas de formação e capacitação da RESET, desenvolveu múltiplas competências em logística, controlo de qualidade e responsabilidade social. Hoje, é Chefe de Pessoas da RESET, liderando equipas e promovendo igualdade de género e inclusão. A sua jornada reflete a capacidade transformadora da educação e do trabalho digno.
