The Group’s headquarters are located in Maputo, while its main operational headquarters and agro-industrial hub are based in Cuamba, Niassa, reflecting its deep roots in rural Mozambique.

 

The strategy is implemented through Sociedade Algodoeira do Niassa JFS, SA (SAN-JFS), one of Mozambique’s oldest agricultural companies and the holding company for the Group’s agricultural businesses. Together with its specialized operating companies, SAN-JFS coordinates an integrated ecosystem spanning agriculture, agro-processing, rural commerce and services, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, and business development.

 

Across this ecosystem, JFS-RESET develops inclusive and sustainable value chains in cotton, soybean, sesame, maize, sisal, vegetable oils, macadamia, litchi, renewable energy, and rural services, connecting producers, communities, and markets while creating economic opportunity and supporting long-term ecosystem regeneration.
