JFS-RESET is fully equipped with a well-structured fleet and a variety of machinery to support its large-scale agricultural operations. The fleet includes trucks, tractors with implements, forklifts, light vehicles (pickups), motorcycles, and industrial scales, ensuring the company's ability to meet logistical demands. Managed by a dedicated team, with a logistics manager and specialized technicians, the company's internal logistics are designed to ensure efficiency, with continuous support during production peaks through long-term partnerships with local carriers. This allows JFS-RESET to reliably deliver inputs and collect harvested crops, including cotton, at no cost to local farmers.
Additionally, JFS-RESET utilizes cutting-edge technology, with an internally developed platform for real-time monitoring of operations. This system is supported by a robust technological infrastructure, including servers, broadband connections, and various computing devices, increasing organizational efficiency. By integrating technology into team management, JFS-RESET improves agricultural productivity and operational sustainability.

JFS-RESET's logistics inventory in Cuamba comprises a diverse set of 117 pieces of equipment that ensure complete support for agro-industrial operations. The fleet includes 19 trucks for transporting goods, 12 tractors with 27 implements for agricultural mechanization, 5 forklifts for moving cargo in warehouses, 8 light vehicles (pickups) for transporting technicians and supplies, 45 motorcycles for mobility in rural areas, and an industrial scale that guarantees precise control of cargo weight. This robust infrastructure allows JFS-RESET to operate efficiently from production to distribution.

In addition to its operations in Cuamba, JFS-RESET maintains versatile fleets in other locations to support agricultural activities. These fleets, while smaller in scale, are essential for ensuring timely deliveries of inputs and direct collection of agricultural produce from farmers. In areas such as Memba and Chimoio, these fleets ensure the efficient transport of products like sisal and macadamia nuts, maximizing productivity in regional centers.
