Infrastructure and Industrial Production

The JFS-RESET industrial unit in Cuamba is the organization's main agro-industrial center, covering more than 80,000 square meters. It is recognized as a model of sustainability and innovation, integrating a modern cotton ginning complex and a unit for the extraction, refining, and packaging of vegetable oils, capable of processing cottonseed, soybeans, and other oilseeds. This diversity reinforces the company's ability to serve varied markets and add value to national production.

Since 2023, an expansion plan has been developed to increase operational capacity, which includes the construction of a new 4,000-square-meter warehouse to strengthen logistics and storage. Although the oil unit still operates on a limited scale, its expansion is planned based on the implementation of market regulations, namely for certification, marketing, and pricing.

The industrial park also has a cotton ginning unit with a daily capacity of 150 tons, an oil press with a daily capacity of 25 tons, and a refining unit with the capacity to package up to 10 tons of refined oil per day.

Furthermore, the complex features fire protection and suppression systems, water supply, sanitation, and security. The operation is supported by a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure, with servers, broadband connectivity, and advanced equipment that ensure efficient and sustainable logistical control.

Other units include processing centers such as sisal (in Memba) and macadamia (in Chimoio), which reinforce JFS-RESET's focus on high-value crops and sustainable production on a smaller scale, with significant local impact.
